With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, both in Australia and London, Ryan is responsible for the delivery of our projects from site establishment to hand over.

Ryan was born in New Zealand and attended Waikato University attaining a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Strategic Management. Before moving to Australia, Ryan worked in London gaining invaluable experience delivering luxury residential projects and commercial fitouts, as well as many greenfield construction projects.

Ryan embraces the unique challenges encountered in each project and brings this beneficial knowledge to innovate and mitigate risks during the construction phase. He enjoys the camaraderie of working with the JDV Project Managers and Contractors who share the common goal of a successful project delivery.
